Artex Cedar Hill offers its Middle Market PEO and Staffing Services customers a variety of on-line tools to facilitate management of the claims process.

Report a Claim

If you need to report a claim, please check the effective date of the policy the claims will fall under and use the links below for information on how to report the claim:

Broadspire: Report claims to Broadspire at (877) 94-CEDAR (877-942-3327). For additional claim reporting options, please select Broadspire from the right side of the page.
GAB: All policies that renew or incept prior to January 1, 2007, report claims to GAB Robins at (800) 728-0350

Produce a Loss Run

Loss runs can be produced by accessing our Client Services on-line program. If you have not obtained a user ID and password for this program, or do not have the Loss Runs option activated, contact our . Use the Client Log In at the top of the screen to access the Client Services program.

Managed Care

Click on Managed Care from the right side of this page to be connected to our Managed Care Network system.

OSHA:

In the event of death, catastrophic injury, amputation or an accident that involved 3 or more persons you must contact OSHA (800) 321-6742 or in California, CALOSHA (877) 922-7233. NOTE: Some states have different requirements. Contact your appropriate state agency for additional reportable claims.
