For the past 16 years Artex Risk Solutions has provided its clients the most effective and efficient available claims management services. As a Program Administrator, for your workers compensation program, Artex provides claims oversight and advocacy services to stabilize overall results. Beginning January 1, 2011, Artex is proud to announce that Gallagher Bassett will be the new Third Party Administrator for our PEO and temporary services clients. Gallagher Bassett was named the "Best Third Party Claims Administrator" for the second year in a row by Business Insurance Magazine. Also, in 2010, Gallagher Bassett further expanded its national footprint by acquiring GAB Robins which will allow for better customer service to our clients.

The transition between Artex and Gallagher Bassett will be seamless. Your claims advocacy team at Artex is already working with Gallagher Bassett to upload your company's client location data prior to January 1, 2011, and will have no affect on your ability to access loss runs. Artex is very excited and looks forward to what 2011 has in store. Some of the things our clients can look forward to from Gallagher Bassett are:
