California Managed Provider Network

California enacted SB 899, Medical Provider Network Program effective January 1,2005. This program is being implemented by Cedar Hill to assist our clients in controlling the cost of medical care in worker's compensation claims. Once fully implemented, the employer retains the right to control medical access for the life of the claim. We believe that this control will greatly impact the cost of your compensation claims.

The Cedar Hill MPN becomes effective on September 1, 2005. Instructions for implementation of the MPN for your employees are linked below. Feel free to download these forms and modify for your own use.
